Curly Ambrosia Maple Shallow Bowl

13-Inch Shallow Bowl with truly stunning curly figuring. I pulled out all the stops for the ultimate finish on this one!

Black Walnut Popcorn or Salad Bowl

My favorite wood to turn; this beautifully figured bowl took a lustrous friction-polished finish of food-safe Walnut Oil.

Live Edge Bowls

Live Edge is one of my favorites styles because it's so organic. The hickory bowl on the left is also an incense/candle burner, while the on the right is in Chinese elm.

Padauk Square Tray

I love the almost-Zen quallity of square trays, and turn them in all sizes. Sometimes I add the candle/incense burner combo, but I also love the classic simplicity of just a decorative catch-all tray.

"Farmhouse Style" Cherry Salad Bowl

I green-turned this one last summer in David Ellsworth's class and let it warp naturally. Cherry is another favorite wood that finishes beautifully.

Shaving Brush in Black and White Ebony

I got started turning to make shaving brushes to match the straight razors I used to rescale. I made this for one of my "Pint Night" friends. I just love working with exotic tropical hardwoods too!
